BARWA - Shopping Mall in Doha, Qatar

The longest guidance system ever made by meng was installed and unveiled in Doha, Emirate of Qatar, in the outdoor area of a shopping center. With a total building length of more than 8 km, the BARWA COMMERCIAL AVENUE is certainly the longest shopping mall worldwide.

In cooperation with several companies and planners from Germany, our task was to plan the routing of the guidance system, the production and the final loading into sea containers. The on-site installation was carried out by local companies with the help of an installation planning by meng, documentation and instruction functions in Doha.
In terms of design, the elements of the quintessenz system were adapted to the appearance of the BARWA project and the lighting concept of Emdelight.
